You receive a ranked shortlist in your client portal — rationale per candidate, skills, and fit score. Approve, reject, or request interviews in one click.

Interview & hire
We coordinate loops and feedback. You pay a placement fee only when a contractor starts. Contract-to-hire conversion available.

Contract staffing fees are typically 20–28% of hourly bill rate (role-dependent). The initial shortlist is free — no obligation to interview.
Our guarantee
Pay only when you hire. If a placement doesn't work out in the first 30 days, we replace the contractor at no additional search fee.
